At Quminex, we’re harnessing the power of quantum and AI to pioneer a new era of mineral exploration.
Our approach integrates advanced technologies with expert geoscience insights to uncover hidden opportunities.
Our approach integrates advanced technologies with expert geoscience insights to uncover hidden opportunities.
We gather and analyze multi-dimensional data sets, generate predictive models, and validate potential ore deposits to create strategic opportunities for our partners. We develop the most accurate algorithms in order to minimize the exploration search space, reducing both uncertainty and environmental impact while accelerating discovery in a responsible manner.
Our advanced approach offers new insights and helps identify ore deposits more efficiently. As the only company of its kind with Canadian roots, Quminex is uniquely positioned to support Canada’s national resource strategy while contributing to a secure and sustainable metal supply for the future. By partnering with us, you gain new insights, accelerate mineral discovery, and strengthen resource security, whether for Canada or the global market.
Quminex harnesses quantum technology’s unparalleled computing power and advanced
machine learning capabilities to uncover previously hidden ore deposits. By applying
quantum algorithms, we push the boundaries of mineral exploration, making discovery
faster, more accurate, and more efficient.
To de-risk mineral exploration by applying advanced machine learning and quantum techniques to efficiently identify high-value deposits, with a focus on critical minerals. To develop cutting-edge technology that accelerates the discovery of critical mineral deposits while enhancing resource security.
By leveraging AI and quantum expertise, we transform data into better decisions, reducing risk and uncertainty in mineral exploration. Our goal is to drive smarter, more sustainable discoveries with transparency and credibility, ensuring a stable and secure metal supply for the future.

CXO
Alan Baxter, Chief Exploration Officer of Quminex, is a multidisciplinary geologist whose expertise is in convergent margin systems. He has managed projects that reconstructed ancient
oceans in collision zones such as the Himalayas and Eastern Australia and on
mineral exploration projects in Western Australia and the US.
CEO
Marc Fassbender, CEO of Quminex graduated with a Ph.D. from the University of Ottawa, Canada. He possesses expert knowledge of the host rocks associated with actively forming Volcanogenic Massive Sulfide (VMS) deposits on the modern seafloor and their ancient analogues, utilizing petrology, geochemistry, and machine learning techniques.
Scientific Advisor
Taha Rouabah is an Associate Professor of Physics at University of Constantine 1 in Algeria. He earned his Ph.D. in Physics in 2015 through a joint
program between University of Constantine 1 and Université Nice Côte d’Azur in
France. His doctoral research focused on quantum entanglement and quantum
optics.
